Thank you to all the staff who looked so well after me these last few days. I couldn't wish for better. Clean, professional, organized and yet kind, warm, attentive and so friendly. I feel so good and safe. From the ER to the main unit, from doctors to the house keeping staff and everyone in between , the service is truly exceptional at all levels.
I was impressed AT FIRST...until my 5th day in and the food service department suddenly decided to stop feeding me! I even called down there to find out where my food was and they were VERY RUDE and acted like it was MY fault!!! It's been 2 hours, still no food, promised an early dinner and it's 5:15 And I'm STARVING!!!! So I'm in a hospital STARVING TO DEATH WHILE HERE...GOOD JOB CRESTWOOD!!
Was sent by doctor to er and I've sat here for over 4 1/2 hrs in waiting room people that came in way after me have already gone back and been discharged. This is ridiculous.
Well let’s see got here at 830pm and still here at freaking 1250AM! Ridiculous!
