RecommendedI cannot say enough about this facility! The excellence in care is felt from the minute you are placed in their arms untill you go home . Nurses , Doctors and techs who really care , who take your needs seriously and take care of you with a caring heart . Do not go here unless you get lucky you are up poop creek. I went in with high bp, chest pains, blurred visions, nausea, and a crippling pounding headache. I was diagnosed with a migraine. After the doctor left after his two minutes In the room the Crestwood nurse said he wasn’t very good and told me I actually had a blood pressure problem and to see my doctor ASAP. Let me just say for my husbands first time ever to have to visit the hospital this was the worst hospital visit ever! My husband does have covid and has had a fever for 8 days now and lost circulation in his feet and hands and constant pain and couching! They only reason we went to the hospital was because his doctor told him he needed to go! This review is concerning the ER. My wife went in around 5 p.m. with severe abdominal pain. I was waiting in the parking lot, due to COVID, so I will try explain what my wife called "the worst experience of my life". She did have a long wait in the waiting room. I understand that. That's how it goes. But once she got in a room, her experience was horrible. First of all, screaming and crying in pain, but the staff treated her as if she came there only for pain meds! #CrestwoodMedicalCenter acts like they care for patients, but they don't. I almost died from a botched hysterectomy which to this day is still causing me renal problems. They ignored me and my complaint to the patient care advocate. You all nearly killed me and ignored me after complaining.

The entire staff was amazing. Didn't rush in and rush out of the room, made sure ALL of my questions were answered, responded promptly when the nurse button was pushed. I can keep going on and on. I have dealt with medical personal all over the country and this staff ranks at the top. Thank all of you. Could work on the cardiac diet though.
I recommend all aspects of their care.My dad was there for 10 days. I was allowed to be with him his whole stay. At one time we had his doctors being called on, nurses from the ED,ICU,and the cardiac floor tending to his care. I am so thankful to all of them. They are more than heros.. They all have wings under their uniforms.
The staff treated me like I was somebody and took very good care if me during my surgery and stay, I can,t say that for the other hospital in Huntsville, if I go back it will be Crestwood, I would also recommend Crestwood to anyone to anyone who needs excellent medical care.
