I love my CRESTWOOD, but right now they get three stars. Got here at 7 with my husband for a 9 am surgery, it is 8:20 and he still hasn’t gone to pre-op.
Piss poor service for my mamaw. She lies in squaller while the nurses sit on the phone playing games or doing whatever the hell else instead of the job they’re assigned.
Very organized and for Friday they seem to be very busy but kept everything on schedule. I think the way they have compartmentalized every procedure is very successful. Staff very professional and helpful.
