My husband had back surgery there last year and could not have been treated with better care or respect anywhere else. I am waiting on back surgery there now and have 100% confidence in the drs and nurses.
Crest wood is continuing to do elective surgery even after the governors orders. They are asking us not to come to their ER withCOVID-19 symptoms to protect their patients and staff yet they are putting their patients and staff at risk when they run out of PPE supplies. I know you will loose money by doing this. Everyone is taking the hit you should too. Protect the community.
Crestwood Medical Center provides the very best care that a person could ever have. I had to come to their emergency room last friday, and they decided to admit me, and from start to finish, I received excellent care & the nurses on the 4th floor are awesome! I want to thank all the doctors and nurses and staff again for everything!
Understaffed and often dirty.
We had an absolutely AMAZING experience delivering our little girl at crestwood. All of the staff were caring, friendly, and super quick if you or even your guests needed anything. The ladies in the maternity center were all great! I’ll never deliver anywhere else after our experience there!
Dr Frierson is a NIGHTMARE, and has horrible bedside manor as well. Nursing staff and follow up doctor were more than kind and willing to help. I had to refuse her care numerous times before she threatened to have me committed for asking for someone else 😳🥴 First visit to crestwood and I must say I’m definitely reconsidering maternity care for baby due in the summer.
I went in for neck surgery. So I had to stay overnight. I’m the easiest person to please and never complain but I NEVER have had such horrible care. The ratio to sick patients to nurse’s is 5 to 1 . There is no way for the staff to do their job! I called for assistant because I had to go to the restroom I literally waited 30 mins (no show) finally I could wait any long I ended up talking myself which resulted in me tripping on wires, falling into the bathroom doorway and pulling out wires. I Love Crestwood Hospital. No one wants to be sick. But I must say the E.R. Is never crowded. I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes. Friendly staff. Quality treatment.
