they misdiagnosed me with a sinus infection and it was stage 4 cancer they really suck RUN!!!

This applies to the imaging department and billing. I had an MRI in May, when I tried to pay my copay the computers were down so she said we’ll bill you. I completely forgot about it until I got a notice from a collection agency 4 months later, never got a call or a bill from Crestwood, they just turned it over to collections. It seems to me that if the system is down, you’d make notes about who came in that day as a reminder.

All of the people I came into contact with were amazing! the nurses, doctors, etc. were super friendly and helpful. My local hospital could learn a few things about bedside manner from these folks!

its complicated.... we had to make 3 different ER visits, 2 of them being to Crestwood then they finally admitted him. looks like it was not heat exhaustion to begin with..... since no visitors are aloud i bought my husband some soup and rice and took him some necesites he needed and dropped it off at the heros entrance as told.... i had to keep calling it took 4.5 hours before he got the bag of stuff, but never got the food I bought for him.... one of the nearest last nurses said she had located it and would heat it up for ... read more
This is an awesome outpatient facility!!! The staff and nurses were absolutely super kind and helpful also efficient...highly recommend Crestwood as a wonderful hospital!!!
I had a mixed experience at this hospital. The surgery I had went well and I am recovery well. my problem was with my daytime nurse. I am not sure as to when I started to wake up but I do know that I had asked for my things 6 times from the moment I woke up until about 3PM (my surgery was at around 8:30,9:00am) The only reason I got my things was because my husband called the nurses station saying he has been calling me and couldn't get ahold of me. he called the room twice which I couldn't get the phone due to the anesthesi... read more

Took my husband in for day surgery. Because of CoVID, I couldn’t go in of course, which was fine. They were good about calling me when he went back to the ER and when he came out. Got a call from recovery saying that he’d be out in about 30 minutes. An hour later, I called requesting an update on him and got told a nurse would call me back soon with an update. 30 more minutes went by, and I called back. I had a wonderful experience the staff was excellent!!! Both shifts were polite and caring,understanding! The anesthesiologist the whole team was polite explained everything made me feel so comfortable,even dietary making personal visits to see why I couldn’t eat,I thank you procedure turned out great! Shout out to Dr.Powell ENT He rocks!!!! I had a full thyroidectomy the procedure ran smooth,I would recommend them to anybody!!! The best care I received was at this place and I’m grateful!!! God bless you all!!!
