RecommendedMy tonsillectomy and hospital stay was better than I could have asked for. Crestwood has the kindest staff!
I spent the weekend getting a new knee. I'd recommend Crestwood hospital over any I've been in. Their staff is kind and courteous. They were on the spot anytime I needed help, especially going to the bathroom so often due to the fluids. They kept my pain under constant control. Best hospital in my opinion! Would never deliver anywhere else. And I love they now will have rooms for parents to stay with NICU babies. You guys are doing it right!!

My grand child was born 4 days ago at Crestwood the love of of the nurses and Doctor was amazing. They gave my daughter the best care ever. And made sure me and my family was also taken care of. We all live in Florence Al and this is my second child my daughter has delivered here.
Medication errors. Not this visit, but they’ve given me two medications I am allergic to while I was wearing a bracelet that stated both of those allergies. On another occasion they administered too much of a medication. On another occasion they kept insisting I was not in labor even after I stood up and the baby came out.
