A much better experience than what I received at their competitor Bill Brown. Made an appointment was in and out within 5 minutes, pick up was just as easy 5 minutes. Car was washed and they even took care of my tire light that turned on at some point. Quick, easy, and fair pricing.
I had a great experience with Rebecca O at Crest Ford. I just leased my 4th Escape from her in the past 6 years, and she makes the process very smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend Rebecca and Crest.
If I could give this dealership a 0 I would . Went in yesterday around 5pm with my daughter and there was no other customers in there. Now you’d think if any sales person saw a customer looking at their vehicles they sell that someone would come over to see if they needed help or had any questions. Nope this wasn’t the case, as not a single salesperson came over, completely ignored. The BEST Ford dealer in town.Would not take my car any other dealer. Mike Smeckert my service manger all ways makes sure that my car is all ways taken care of and all ways makes sure i get what i need for service on my car. I trust my sales lady Rebecca Orzechowski who is the BEST. When I leave Crest Ford i feel i have gotten the best service and price they have.Crest Ford is very blessed to have people like them working for them.
I was on vacation & my check engine light came on. Took it to Crest. The young lady Sami took her time & explained what was going on with my car. She was awesome. She was very thorough with her explanation. She also had the Tech Jeff come out & tell me what had to be done. I appreciate Sami's honesty. All of Service Dept were very friendly. Will recommend. And if I am ever on vacation again & something happens I will be back.
