Brought my F350 there for some warranty work and my service advisor was great, the service on the other hand wasn’t so great. I had to bring my truck back two times after the initial time for a leak that still hasn’t been fixed. This is my work truck and the amount of lost time and revenue is unacceptable. So with that being said, my truck is now at Elder Ford where they’ve located the leak and are handling the issue. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.
I've had a small issue with my 2017 F-150, Todd in service has been so helpful in trying to get it completed, communication has been spot on, this means so much as a customer to know when the fix will be finished. I will continue to buy from Crest, their Sales and Service is top notch.
