their service writers and their mechanics do not communicate. The mechanics don't care about your car they lean on it. They scratch it. I definitely do not recommend Crest Ford to any person

I have never been to a dealership before, for my first time it was a good one, friendly staff and very good service.
I have never been treated with such respect at a dealership. All of the service representatives are personable, polite and professional. They get me in and out of there as fast as they can, while still doing the job right the first time. GREAT JOB LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
I continue to be impressed with this dealership. After a botched job by a “friends“ shop on a tune-up, Mike Smeckert did a great job reassuring me that they could fix the issue. Not only was he comforting, they had my vehicle performing worlds better than when I took it in. Knowing that I was going on vacation, and that I recently had spinal surgery, they made sure that my vehicle would be safe for the trip. I have definitely learned my lesson. This was by far the best auto dealership experience I have had. What started out as a repair turned into leasing a new car. Their service department, sales team, and management are all TOP NOTCH! I was so impressed by how organized and attentive the service department was. Unfortunately, the repair to my car was above the threshold of what I was willing to spend on this older car.
