Stopped into your new Quick Lane today and had such a great experience. Our check in was speedy, service was top notch (found a nail in my tire) and the QL Mgr didn’t charge us for the repair!! We’ll definitely be back to maintenance both of our Ford vehicles. Thanks for going above and beyond! �

I was a little under the weather the day I scheduled my service for my Crest Ford Explorer and wanted to reschedule with Mike B. Mike was so accommodating that he said he would send someone over to pick it up for servicing that I almost cried. Well his team picked it up, serviced it, and returned it all at no cost because of the points I had built up with the loyalty program! How does it get any better? I have a fusion and escape and the only place I have them serviced is crest ford when they need servicing they take care and keep your appointment time
I take my 2017 Ford Fusion (lease) to Crest for routine oil changes and tire rotations. I have received excellent service by Sami and Nicholas Klave each time I have been in. I look forward to leasing my next vehicle from them!!!!
I leased a new vehicle here a couple of weeks ago and the whole experience was good. My salesman Michael January was awesome ! I’ve tried a few different dealerships over the years and Crest Ford is definitely the best.
I missed the shuttle but my wait time was short for my milage check up. So I didn't mine, and I still made it to work on time!
