RecommendedWith the exception of their loan officer I found everyone helpful and courteous. People don't like to be upsold immediately after spending so much money on a new vehicle. He needs to learn how to deal with the public better found him to be rude.
Service, fast and friendly
Michael J was our customer representative and he was very nice, very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was with us from the beginning until we drove out of the parking lot with our new vehicle. :) He was able to help us pick the right car and got it set up and ready to go!. Tim, the financial consultant, is very nice and very knowledgeable as well. Crest Ford you got good people there! Keep up the good work and good people! I hope the after-sales would be as good as the Pre-sale. :) Thank you.

I have been taking my car here for years for all services that are needed, from oil changes to repairs. I can get my car in pretty quick whenever I call and it has always been done when promised. The service people are always friendly and treat you like family. they have always accommodated me when needed,

Walked in for an Edge or Escape, drove off that day with an ST off their showroom floor. From sales to service, the professionalism and courtesy I have received has been nothing short of excellent. I normally service my own vehicles, however, some instances there is not much time for me to get around to it. Tony & Todd in service are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and do right by their customers. While many dread heading to a mechanic's shop for service, the service team at Crest Ford make the experience a pleasant one.
