Wow is all I can say. Its so nice to see that customer service is still valued. Had an absolutely amazing experience this last week with Crest and its staff. After having an issue with my lease from hitting a metal object in the road Shelby and the team immediately called Easy Care and handled the whole repair without me having to make a single call. Most places where I've had service wash my car after service but Crest doesn't do that evidently and I didn't ask about it, should have. They had my car registered to another person and it took a long time to get that changed. I also found that they say they do a check of everything but my windshield fluid had not been refilled or mentioned that it was low. I noticed a dent in my "FORD" symbol on the steering wheel last time I was in but haven't addressed that yet but will when I bring it in for the next oil change. Have no ... read more
