I was told that they would only keep my truck for two days but it turned into a week & a half... Then when they did call me at 10am to come pick up my truck, I got there at 4pm & had to wait another hour because they couldn't find my keys. They also didn't wash my truck at the bare minimum after changing out my motor.
RO Ford wanted my car for 3.5 hours to just do a simple oil change, but Crest is doing an oil change and two recall updates in an hour's time. Definitely have always liked this location way better and everybody is always friendly. Bought my very first brand new car from here 5 years ago, too and had a good experience then as well.

The service dept is wonderful! Unfortunately the sales dept is not. I got brushed off about my concerns about my new car and am now stuck with it. It has been in several times for the transmission and needs to go back again. I will never buy another ford!
Usually have a good experiance.This time almost 3 hours for a oil change after arieal damaged but replaced....just one of those days...
Fast, easy, efficient. I will take my Escape to no other place for maintenance or service.
