we tried to upgrade or Truck and We Got a Bad Expirence Sale Person was very rude and we Decided to take our Bussines somewhere else REALLY A BAD EXPERIENCE !! but 1st time there was good
I've owned 2 trucks, I always come to Crawford because people are always nice, and service techs do great work. If you gotta come by ask for Danny Martinez.
I took my truck for oil change and for a wash but they didn't wash my truck. This is the third time they have done that to me. They only give excuses why they didn't wash my truck

I took two of my cars in for maintenance and for new tires. Service Advisor Danny Martinez was very professional from the time I dropped off my vehicles till I picked them up. He kept me updated about the status of my vehicles and even advised me about recalls I didn't even know about. Mr Martinez service was excellent. Thank you Mr Martinez and GMC for having an exceptional employee.
Love my GMC truck! Excellent service and I know I will be coming back!
Came in for a regular service and have been here for 3 plus hours. Never coming here again. I'll take it somewhere else next time. It never should take this long to get a simple oil change.
