Will take your car that you trade in and won't let the other bank know. This whole thing has been a mess for my disability son who is a disability veteran. We all say we support the troops, but the problem is you just say it. My son and I purchased two trucks today ! I was impressed with the service and how they continue making the effort to get those trucks approved ! Our salesman, Alfonso, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Soraya, in finance, very friendly and funny she really got along with my wife great person and Sara made sure we walked out with the two trucks and stayed until it was finalized. IMPRESSED! Firstly, i got my days mixed up and took my vehicle a week early, Crawford gladly scheduled me in. Wow! Then i had a status every 2-3 days. Thank you Isaac, after a final inspection on their body work, we noticed the front and back door was rubbing together. Isaac came out and asked if we were ok or had questions. Tyler Arriola was our sales guy and he treated us amazing!! Worked with us to get us the best deal we could get!! Truly a great salesman and highly recommended! The whole staff worked with us and treated us like family, definitely recommend the whole staff! Very professional!

I had an appointment at noon to service my truck which was confirmed by a phone call and a text. When I arrived, no one knew about the appointment. I waited for an hour, but my truck was left untouched. I had to take my truck elsewhere to have it serviced.

Terrible service! We Took my vehicle to get service, asked how much it would be, when we get there to pick it up they charged me a lot more than what was discussed, my husband asked the clerk at the front desk to speak to the manager , she goes and gets the technician that worked on our vehicle instead of the manager, finally spoke to the manager and he didn’t even know what the packages included. He just told the lady to charge us the amount we were told, not wanting to hear it, but we had already paid so we just left it at... read more

Although I finally got middle seatbelt replaced after the fifth visit, I forgot to ask about gas reimbursement that I was told about after the fourth failed attempt! They were very responsive; just internal communications may need to be addressed!
