Terrible service, they stole money for the inside of the vehicle, when they just need to make the car services from the outside, nobody got responsable for the issue, they neither even care about it
Aside from having such a rude service, this agency is horrible. My husband and I took our truck earlier today for an oil change, we notice money was missing, went to complain and they said they couldn't do anything. So much for trusting them with our vehicle.
This guys have some of the worst customer service, but not only that, they go through your stuff when there is no reason for them to. They stole some money my dad had in his glovebox when they where only supposed to do an oil change.
Took my GMC Canyon in for service. First time there. Fantastic experience! Fast friendly and very detailed in what they did to fix my issue I was having.
I purchased my first Buick today! I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the dealership! Our salesman, Alfonso, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Soraya, in finance, is also a great help and gets the paperwork completed in no time! I'm anxious to have my new vehicle take me on many new adventures! Thanks for the awesome experience!
Very rude customer Service Department. They fix one thing and break another. My father's Buick was returned without the AC knobs . I told my father they knobs are missing. We went back and sure enough they were trying to tell us it was like that. SURE it was.. We take care of our BUICKS since I used to work for TONY M COURY BUICK /GMC Truck in Mesa, Az I used to be a service writer and a car lot attendant. these people are like a scammer wanting more money.
My experience at crawford gmc Buick was very exciting.Miriam Cisneros was there to help me at every step and was able to put me in the car i wanted .she kept my price point and my payments exactly where i needed them and obviously was listening when i told her what i was looking for. Miriam nailed it.couldnt be happier
