I had an suv pushed onto me when I meant to buy truck...the day I took it off the lot, the battery died. I had to have a higher up yell on the phone at the associate for me to get help. Two weeks later the radiator crapped out on me. That was in 2012. Then this year, the transmission died and I had to jump through hoops to get help with that, because the roadside assistance Crawford set me up with was poor. I seriously called the dealer with the problem and got asked "okay,:what do you want me to do?" So the repairs totaled ... read more
