I had the best experience with the body shop and people at Crawford Buick GMC, no regrets using their service to repair my badly damaged vehicle after a vehicle crash. Spread the word! P.S. I love my Buick Encore.
2 1/2 hours (and counting) for a standard oil change. Terrible service department. I will not return.

I recently had the worse experience at a dealership ever. This place is unorganized and never answer their office phones and never return your phone call. You have to keep calling all day to finally get a hold of someone to help you. They said they would call you back in 5 min and they never do. They did half of my services and forgot the other half of doing the oil change and tire rotation. I had to schedule another day. Excellent customer service. Took my GMC Acadia to get a recall fixed and they took very good care of me and my vehicle. No hassle no headaches. Advisors explained everything to detail and were very proffesional at all times. Thank you very much.
I want to thank the entire team at Crawford Collision Center (CCC). It is evident that CCC is all about customer service. Xavier, my agent was nothing more than a true professional and the secretary and other members of the team were extraordinarily attentive to their customers.
