I have been siting for three hours waiting for them to “clean” the truck. Apparently they washed it and parked it to collect dust.
They ran my application with fraudulent information that I DIDN'T PROVIDE!!! I have yet to hear back from them! It's been over a month!!!! I'm taking it to the next step now! I'm going to the CREDIT BUREAUS!!! THE MEDIA!!!
Great dealership, but poor management they need a better finance mgr. That girl soriya does not know what she is doing, we have gone back 3 times to resign the paperwork. You all need someone experience in financing, not just a pretty face. I went to viva to look for my vehicle but decided to go to Crawford, instead, and we were warned by the finance mgr at viva about this place, we should of listened to him.
