On 9/16/2022 we took our 2020 GMC Terrain that was purchased new from you to your service department to be serviced. I set up an appointment to have my 2020 HD Denail vehicle looked at on 9/27/22 at 7am. I arrived at 6:40am and was the 10th person in line. I proceeded to let them take my vehicle and check in. Thinking it would be fine because I had an appointment. They asked if I was waiting and I said yes and asked about how long should it take for them to figure out why my check engine light was on and find out what was causing the noise in my stearin wheel. Twice I’ve had the worse experiences with this business. Completely unfair in the service department. They definitely can sell cars, but my family has spent thousands of dollars that we shouldn’t have had to spend. Bought a Charger , the brakes squeaked, brought it in to get fixed , they still squeaked the next day or so. The guy says it will be 2-3 weeks till they can see it. RecommendedAlan was very kind and not pushy. Hatchett was reasonable with the price. Cars are expensive these days but I felt like they really were trying to make a good deal for me as well. Alan was awesome to explain and help me set everything up with all the gadgets on my Yukon. This was the lest miserable car buying process we have had yet! The car is very clean as well!!I was very pleased! Looking forward to servicing and dealing with Hatchett again in the future!
