I bought my Buick in NM 2 months ago. I needed warranty work done. So I finally took it to Crawford and was very happy with my experience. I didn't have issues with warranty work or arguing about what was covered. My car was in and out same day. The service writer was awesome and kind. Very awesome staff to work with. Thanks again!
Gabriel is a great salesman! it was his professionalism and the fact that he was able to treat us with respect and empathy; the reason we decided to buy our GMC Sierra Lt at Crawford GMC. I don't know what the issue is at this dealership. Today my oil change took almost 3 hours on our Buick!! They scratched my wheels on my Camaro when I had tires mounted. My sales person was terrible!! Never Again!
We have bought several vehicles from Crawford Buick GMC. We first went to Crawford in 2009 when we traded our 2007 Cadillac SUV for a 2009 Acadia. Since then we have purchased 3 more vehicles, 2012 Acadia we still own, 2012 Buick Lacrosse, and now a 2016 Buick Lacrosse. We have been treated excellent from the first time we walked into the place. We always get excellent service from Danny Martinez and Wade if Danny is not available. Sorry.. But Crawford has some mentally unstable females as sales people... I'll never go back or recommend...
