Went to Crain to fix a window that was out of alignment and you guys ended up ruining my grille and mirror covers. Had other friends go there and all have had bad experiences. Chris the service rep was not polite. Labor rates are too expensive as well. Also, my door on my passenger side does not lock anymore which is now a security/safety risk. Window problem also isn't even fixed sometimes it wont roll all the way up either. My father did not pay 543$ of his hard earned money for this kind of service. I am beyond upset. Onl... read more
Absolutely awesome people I must say, easy to deal with and everyone is always so nice especially the sales dept. and the managers at this location. Service is nice and I'm so glad they moved closer to fayetteville.
