I was so excited to scratch off your mailer to reveal I'd won $4,700! You can imagine my disappointment to find out from the dealership that drawing ended 9 days ago, especially since the mailer arrived today. But the lady at the counter assured me that $4,700 winner I scratched didn't mean anything because the fine print says those aren't real prizes, they were used just to bring us in for a much smaller consolation prize. Just leased a 2018 Tiguan and the experience was exceptional. I'm now on my 7th VW. Shout outs to my sales person, Jon Jett, and Wes, plus rest of the staff I met on Friday. The test drive was fun. My previous lease turn-in was painless, and the new paperwork process was very efficient. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend the Crain VW team (and the 2018 Tiguan...it's awesome).
