Took my car in for service and found out I needed to have a repair done. Made the appointment took my car and they kept it for over 24 hours before they called to tell me they had ordered the wrong part. Made another appointment guaranteed to have a rental car available when I got there ...no rental car! So finally just took my car somewhere else to be fixed.

5 star service here. The Service team is amazing. The shop closes at 3pm and they stayed until 8 to get my daughters car back together so she could head back to Kansas City the next day. Thanks Mike and Ray!
We worked with Bradon. He was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive in our search. Everyone else in sales was ready to get us a drink or check in with us while we waited for Bradon (as he finished with another customer). The men for finance and detailing all worked hard and did an excellent job even though it was late. Sadly, my car was hit after having it only a couple days, but Elizabeth answered any questions she could regarding parts and was very sweet. We bought a Passat on 10/14/19 and it is now 11/14/19 and we have yet to receive our title in the mail. When speaking to corporate about the issue we learned they are filing for a duplicate title because they do not have one! So they sold us a car without having a title and they did not file for it until 10/25/19 which is 11 days after they sold it! And we had to reach out to corporate after speaking to personnel in Fayetteville three different times without getting answers. Strongly recommend dealing with other dealerships ... read more
