2 hours for a routine oil change is not really acceptable. When I finally asked how much longer it would be, they realized it was done and no one had let me know. This was our first Volkswagen purchase and it will be our last!

In the world of dealership service departments, Crain really stands out as exceptional. I needed a lot of work done with the TDI recall and although it took a while with all of the warranty approvals, they made sure I had a loaner car and was taken care of. I also appreciate that they follow up with customers after the fact to make sure all is good and we were happy with the service. So refreshing!
i had air conditioner quit on my 2012 beetle and in a bind about it. Doug, Manny, and Derek worked on my problem, got it fixed and saved me some money doing so. They were friendly and supportive from the initial phone call to the time me N bigblacklab drove off with cold air. Very good group of folks there. The free donuts and coffee was appreciated. Very clean bathrooms and waiting area. l
