Excellent service! I am extremely pleased with my Tiguan and continuously impressed with the team at the Rogers location.
Probably the worst service department I've ever had to deal with. 2014 passat has a front end alignment issue which is not covered under warranty, I think that's totally bogus for a car with 6500 miles on it. I asked to speak to the service manager which was standing 3 feet away from me instead of coming to talk to me directly he tells the service representative sorry is not covered under warranty. now that's the way to get repeat business NOT! Last of respect for the customer. Last time I buy from this dealer.

The service dept is friendly BUT incompetent, 3wks and $6000.00+/- later my car is still not correct. - 1 star only because I can not do less... NEVER AGAIN! And I'm telling EVERYONE I know.. Or don't know for that matter
