I just heard that the team at Crain vw are not a very good bunch of people. They do sorry work, never right the first time or on occasion the second time. The management takes advantage of women selling things unneeded to them not standing behind there work and get butt hurt when to say anything to them about there poor service. Which I understand there service is less than terrible. Anyone wanting to do business with Crain VW should thank twice and read reviews of all the other disiponated people that are out there .
A huge shoutout to James Morgan and the whole Crain VW team for all their help with our 2016 Passat purchase. We drove in from Conway and they made the whole buying process effortless. If you're looking for great customer service and great deals, visit Crain VW.
Either their website has the wrong numbers for sales and services or hopefully there is another reason they won't answer their phone lines at 10 am on a Tuesday.the perception that gives is not a positive one. That's a shame I like having my car looked at and cared for by the same car dealership. Since I get no answer I can only assume they don't need the business

A BIG THANK YOU to Wesley and the Crain Team. We needed to trade cars for our Razorback Freshman and made the trip in from St. Louis. Wesley had great choices ready for us to consider and we made a painless trade early on a Saturday and had the rest of the day to spend with our daughter.
