I've owned 6 VW's in my lifetime, and I have to say how impressed I am with Crain VW! I rolled in there at closing time with low tire pressure and in a world with crappy service and rude car dealers who are always trying to make a buck, I received the best service of my life! Best place to buy a VW. I wanted a specific color of Passat they didn't have so they located one in Dallas, TX on a Thursday evening. They said they'd send someone down early Friday morning to get it and have it back in time to detail it so I could pick it up when I got off work Friday! Are you kidding me, who does that?!!!
