I'm very disappointed. They had our van for 3 weeks (we knew it would be long) and never mentioned any cost to us. The original issue we took it for could not be replicated (not their fault) meaning no solution. Then they proceeded to "find another problem" and again did not say investigating it would NOT be part of the original diagnostic fee. Worst buying experience ever! I bought a used camaro and I was told that they had a carfax report and everything was good. Less than a week after buying the car the front finder well lining fell out! They accused me of wrecking the car. After over a month they finally repair it with me paying part of the cost. Yesterday the front bumper basically fell off because they did not replace all of the parts when they had the car for a month for repairs! Costing me another $350.00..............DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
Took my SRT in for an oil change. Was in and out very quickly with no hassle or drama.
Amazing customer service from Jeff! I was so impressed with how hard they worked to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was taking home. He wasn't pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for and what my spending limit was. He found it and I went home with my beautiful jeep!!
Horrible Customer service experience today with the service department. I ended up not bringing my Jeep here for 4 new tires. Gave my business to Discount Tire instead. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. If you need new tires, I'd recommend Discount Tires on Braker lane.
We were really in a jam, our other car had died and we were stuck with no transportation, Covert came to the rescue and gave us a really good deal to get us rolling again.
