I purchased my 2016 Dodge 2500 in Dec 2015 and it was no hassle great experience; however, my truck is something I need to stay working and while they do have loaners for when there are in warranty and service NONE of the loaners they provide can pull trailer. Had I known that I would have gone and purchase from someone else. I loose business if I can't pull a trailer when I need to and their diesel mechanic is usually backed up with work so your truck will stay there longer than normal waiting.
