Purchased a used vehicle from here a couple of months ago. Mistake #1, drove it off the lot with it needing minor touch up repairs. After 2 visits back to get those items corrected(which in total have taken over 5 WEEKS!), I am back again after arranging for the service manager to get it resolved... He is not even aware of the issues! They could not even get a simple oil change right. Worst service department I have ever dealt with.
New jeep renegade broken down twice and they can't get it in to work on it for three weeks. They still haven't even called me back for a loaner even though it broke down once on the freeway!
RecommendedWe stopped in just to look at the ram trucks As we walked around the lot looking Jeff came out a introduced his self Asked us into his office to see what we where intrested in. and our budget was. Pulled a few up on the computer that was within our budget We bought the first one he showed us. It was well below the prices we had seen at other dealers With a no pressure salesman I would highly recommend Covert dodge to all my friends. They were great, initially they lost the work order authorizing the installation of the new battery, delaying the completion of the work on my Jeep, once they found it and realized I had been waiting they reduced my final bill by $40 which was appreciated. Thank you Covert.
