I like Jeep's as a whole. My son who is in school took his jeep in two weeks ago tomorrow when a check engine light went on. He was told up front that the engine are was backlogged and it would be at least a week. That was a little shocking but he didn't want to ruin the warranty. He's called several times and was told on Tuesday it was next up and should be done by today. I called today and got the same story. Stay away, they are a complete rip off at least from the service perspective. They charged me 160 dollars for an oil change, when I looked it was 17 dollars per quart. No car wash or vacuuming just in and out, 160 bucks. The staff were not very friendly, and they rush you in and out. The last dealer I had an oil change from was 70 dollars and came with a complimentary car wash and they were nice. RecommendedI drove to Covert from Houston to purchase a new Ram from Dylan Scott. I did a lot of shopping for weeks trying to find the color combination and the right price. When I spoke to Dylan he assured me that the price on the internet was the price and I didn’t need to qualify for all kinds of incentives like other dealers were doing. Had a disappointing experience with a car purchase, but they are in the process of making things right. Their reception to addressing the problem has been excellent.
Purchased a pre owned vehicle from here. Price was good. Salesman was nice but here's the kicker. Owned vehicle less than 2 weeks and the alternator went out. Don't have the plates yet and haven't even made a payment and the car is broken. Now I understand that the car is sold "as is" but you would think a dealer would take some pride in the products they sell. When I contacted my sales man I was basically given "not my problem". I called for service and was transferred. Service person answers phone saying "Fuck You". Nothing else said...and hangs up!! Takes 7 more calls to finally speak with someone who returns my call. WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LIKE THAT??
