I looked from Dallas to Austin for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and finally found one that was exactly what I wanted at Covert. When I inquired about the vehicle, online, a salesman called me right away to answer all of my questions about the Jeep. I ended up driving an hour to Covert and buying the Cherokee that day. Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, I also got the best deal I could find from Dallas to Austin. Eddie made this one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. I love my new Jeep Cherokee!

Jacob Paredes is THE guy to go to! Car shopping is no simple feat, but this guy made is easy! He is patient, understanding, and honest. He genuinely cares about the needs of his customers and caters to exactly what you want. Out of maybe a dozen car salesmen that I've been in contact with over the last couple weeks, (seriously, I'm a difficult customer), Jacob was my absolute favorite because he waited for me to contact him and always kept communication open and honest. The guy selling me the car was fantastic, but their service department could use a lesson in customer service. NEVER, will I buy another vehicle from them. Having someone wait two months for their vehicle to be fixed is completely unacceptable. You buy a new vehicle because you expect something that has absolutely zero issues.
