Very sweet lady, takes her time and explains everything so you feel very comfortable and knowledgeable when you leave, also very gentle

Dr. You is very personable and knowledgeable about my condition. She displayed a caring professional demeanor while engaging with me about my condition. She is the Bomb!!!
Dr. Yau is awesome. She makes me feel at ease. She explains everything in terms I can understand. She’s very welcoming and friendly.
Dr. Yau listens and explains and lets patients participate. I explained that I wanted to complete the required visits as fast as possible even if it had to be split between three locations because my wife would need help with recovery from planned knee surgery. The day after that discussion Dr. Yau had six weeks of treatment planned. Enough to give me room to help plan support for the wife. Doesn't get any better than that!
I have been seeing Dr. Yau for about 2 1/2 years for my CLL. She has been thorough, honest, and compassionate. She encouraged me to get a second opinion when she initially recommended I start treatment. While I'm not happy about what I have, I'm confident I have the right Dr.
I have been seeing Dr. Yau for nearly three-years and have never been disappointed in the attention or the service I receive at her office by her and her staff. I was new to the area and picked her off of the internet with no recommendations. It was a brilliant move on my part (smile). She is good and thorough.
My visit with Dr Yau was as outstanding as they’ve all been. This past visit may be my last as per her instructions, but she assured me that the door is always open. She’s attentive, easy to talk to, a good listener, caring, encouraging without being pushy. I have great respect for Dr Yau and highly recommend her and Texas Oncology when I can. Thank you for asking.
All went well. Met with Jenny, she very explanatory and caring. A very good meeting.
