Her thoroughness and carefulness are outstanding. I was also impressed with the organization of her entire office staff. There is not a lot of waiting around. The whole environment is very efficient.
She was professiona. Explained my lab to me where I could understand. I was included in the decision as far as my health is concerned. Easy to talk to and ask questions.
She took the time to go through any questions I had.
This physician is always extremely thorough. I know I’m in good hands at her care.I understand also why her staff respects her and adores her.
Ms Yau explains everything very clearly and listens to the issues that I have navigating MDS
Dr Yai is sincerely interested in me as a patient. She takes the time to explain the details of the condition and replies to questions and concerns with patience. If there are adverse reactions she will adjust treatment to lessen the effects. It is a shame that the terrible internal communication problems detract from her stellar efforts.
Dr Yau was very helpful and answered my questions completely. She reviewed all my labs and explained anything I didn’t understand. She showed compassion because of a medical emergency I’d had with my husband. I greatly appreciated that she didn’t try to hurry me out .
Always comfortable when visit Dr Yau and her office staff.
