Dr Yau definitely takes the time to listen to me at my appts, and I never feel like I’m being rushed out the door. She works hard to make sure I’m having all of the right tests to watch if any cancer is returning, and is gracious in trying to work out a few frustrating insurance problems. I appreciate her thoroughness in making sure we are always monitoring my health! I highly recommend her for oncology.

This appointment was my three year follow up with Dr. Yau after successful treatment for breast cancer 2021-2022. Dr. Yau was my doctor from day one of my diagnosis. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have her as my doctor. The care and compassion shown by Dr. Yau for her patients is genuine. My first visit with Dr Yau was a follow-up after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She spent considerable time talking with me, asking questions and explaining her plan of action. I was very impressed that I was not rushed and that she spent this time wanting to know me better. At the conclusion of our visit, she asked in general how I was feeling.
