Dr.Yau my husband is your patient, and I am very concerned about his WIEGHT, HE HAS LOST almost 50 lb since he started on that medication. Deferasirox..he had an allergic reaction, where he broke out in a horrible rash, you cut the dose in half.. however he is losing so much weight. I am very concerned. HOPE HE MENTIONS TO YOU OF MY CONCERNES..WONT PUT OUR NAMES FOR OBVIOUSE REASONS...thank you..MRS..

I have been very impressed with Dr Yau over the past year when I was referred to her. She is through with the original test and treatment. Just had my follow up which was good. She was through and explained all the test result and what they showed and what we should keep an eye on at next years follow up unless I have any concerns before then. I will gladly recommend her.

I could not be happier with a doctor. My impression of her is she really cares about me and is open to discussion and is direct in her diagnoses, so I am pretty sure I know what is going on with me, when I leave her office. I find her staff to be excellent and believe a lot of their excellence is learned from watching Dr. Yau. Yes, I would recommend her to family and friends if I were not so selfish.
