They were awesome in getting back to me regarding this car. We didn't select this car but we purchased another one at this dealership. They were great to work with and the deals there were worth the drive from Grand Rapids. Very courteous and timely in their responses and always have a bottle of water and a cookie to enjoy while you look.

I'm very pleased with my purchase so far! My only recommendation to fellow shoppers is to ask for a list of *all* fees so you can budget accordingly. (I have not purchased from car dealerships very often, so I don't know how many have "hidden fees", or how much they average.) But even factoring that in, it was a good deal and I would recommend Courtesy Ford to others.
