Car was posted online but not serviced or ready to sell. Salesman did not follow through after test drive and never called back. Purchased different vehicle from different dealer. Would give zero stars if I could.

Okay Doug was very nice he called me right back after I inquired about the HHR took it for a test drive right away I think everybody in the shop was more than helpful they've been over backwards to to help me and even after the sale was done. Called me a couple times to make sure that everything was fine and that I was happy

I was lied too. communication around the place is horrible. 2 different stories about the same truck. I don't think they had the truck at all. Dishonest

Very responsive to my initial email. However, I received 3 replies from 3 different people. May need to streamline this process. Car was sold before I could make it to the dealership, so I can’t say anything further.

Vehicle was not inspected, mechanically, or by the salesman, despite me scheduling a test drive a few days earlier. A few minor things wrong with it, but they tried the hard sale, which was cute, but annoying nonetheless.

I instantly got a return call from the inquiry on Saturday. I responded on Monday and no one ever got back with me. I e-mailed THREE different people. Finally on Wednesday I called and they told me that the truck had a deposit on it. Which- was all good and fine, except that the deposit was put on the vehicle AFTER I called on it and AFTER I send multiple e-mails. No one let me know that the vehicle had a pending sale. So - I found a different truck, at a different dealership, they worked with me right away and we bought it ... read more

I had a specific listing I was interested in that was no longer available when we connected. Other options were suggested by the dealer, however I actually was pretty set in what specifics I was looking for. The dealer was courteous.
