I submitted an offer on a vehicle with a trade in valuation request. I appreciate that it is nearly impossible to give a trade in value sight unseen that is totally accurate. I live 1.5 hours away and am not going to make the drive if we aren’t close on figures. Made appt to purchase a peticular suv. Was texted 2 hours before appt to confirm details but they failed to mention my vehicle sold the day before. Huge waste of time.

John did called me twice and I called him twice. Every time I called John, he was away from his desk. Both times I called I left a message. I never did talk to him or anyone else at Courtesy Ford Okemos. This is not all there fault; because I had to cancel a visit on Saturday and the weather has been bad this week as well.

Let me first say salesman Jim was very helpful and I give him 5 stars. Not pushy and promptly got all info I needed. Driving in the signs where to park were confusing. When I did park and walked in it was 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. Zero people offered help and the guys sitting in the back just looked up at me.
