I received about 10 emails from 6 different people on this one inquiry. It was overkill. They should assign one person to each inquiry and have only that one associate follow up. Six people with over 10 emails is too much!

I made an appointment and then I drove over an hour to get to the dealership but the salesman with whom I had the appointment did not show up. Another salesman told my wife and I that we may not be able to see the vehicle we wanted to see because it was on a lift for service. Finally we talked to a manager. They paused the service and lowered the vehicle from the lift so we could see it. like most other dealers they don't want to budge on a trade value, but in the end worked it out and I bought the vehicle. Katie was amazing!! We came in on a busy night and she was still available to assist us with test driving the vehicle. I am still looking, so I have not yet made a decision.
