Did liked the place a lot particularly the staff & the manager. Very helpful. Did liked the pool too. Room & toilet was clean. Breakfast was tasty. Will come back for sure. Thought that the pool could be bigger.

Was attending a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, chose this hotel mainly due to its proximity. Room was clean and staff did a good job even though several people were arriving all at once.

I found this hotel on hotwire and it turned out to be a very good value. I was in only in town overnight for a Bears game and this property was clean, safe and had a friendly staff that make this a hotel I will consider again if I am in the area.

Staff was gray breakfast was very tasty but got full very quick in breakfast area also not so much the hotels fault but lots of the people that stayed there were loud and disruptive very annoying. the rooms where great and staff was very helpful to getting you what you needed very pleased.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean and charming. Not a 5 star but some place I will stay again when visiting relatives in the Chicago 'burbs'. The staff was great, the manager Traci was very accommodating an engaging to ensure that our stay would be a pleasant one. I did not do the complementary breakfast. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Love the easy access to I-57.

I booked and stayed at the Country Inn due to a power outage in my home. The rooms were nice and clean, staff very friendly and the grounds are well kept. I met the manager upon my checkout and she was extremely friendly and upbeat.

i really impressed with the way the whole system is working in the hotel. great combination of staff and management . also the rooms are great. the atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasent. very impressed. A must

We saw the questionable reviews but noted the hotel was newly remodeled and getting excellent reviews recently so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! The hotel is newly remodeled with updated, clean rooms. The breakfast was similar to other CI&S (basic and not exciting) but a notch better. The food was fresher and even though we went down at the last possible minute, there was still plenty of everything. The staff was very helpful and considerate. I would "STRONGLY" suggest staying at this Country Inn & Suites! My family and I had to make last minute reservations late at night! The young woman working call to check on our location, which was very impressive to us! When we arrived my family and I were greeted with a smile and she was very polite to our children....
