The staff was great and very helpful. The continental breakfast exceeded my expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The location of the hotel was great, only a 30 minute drive from everything that my family wanted to see.
The staff was phenomenal! I come home once a year to visit and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed! The full breakfast was great, quiet location, and extremely clean. My family and I will be returning every year!
Well worth the value. Friendly staff and clean room. The manager wad super polite and made sure every guest was treated with down home values. She made sure everyone loved their stay. We checked in super late and the were wick with everything.
Family member had received a new positoon and finished there training andhad come into town for some business that needed to be completed and also to spend ti.e with love ones. They were able to park their vehicle.
You can rest assured that you'll be taken care of at the Country Inn and suites. They have superb service and excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and very inviting. I would definitely visit here again for pleasure rather than business. A MUST STAY
Hotel manager and staff were great, very helpful and positive energy. Room was clean and had no problems with check in or check out. Would definitely stay here again. I like the fact that the manager was knowledgeable about the area, and was willing to accommodate me and my family. Manager was energetic and made my stay very welcoming. She introduced me to the Carlson Club and explained the details very well.
One word- AWESOME. WHAT A GREAT PLACE FOR EVERY SPECIAL OCCASION. STAFF IS WONDERFUL AND ATTENTIVE. THE PLACE IS BREATHTAKING
This was a very nice hotel with a great price and a lot of amenities. Even though there was a sign that indicated that some renovation was going on, I never once was inconvenienced or heard noise. The hot breakfast offered each morning offered a lot of choices, so each family member should be able to enjoy their favorite items. I wasn't able to use the pool during this visit, but I will definitely use this hotel again when I am visiting my elderly parents. Ms. James the manager & staff had excellent customer service, rooms were clean & comfortable. Only down side, was the free internet was very slow. Swimming pool, Free breakfast & free parking. Convenient to plenty eateries.
