Had a very pleasant stay at Country Inn & Suites Matteson. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was great. Saved us a lot of money by eating at the hotel and the selection was good. Stayed here to save $ since we were visiting Chicago...an easy 30 min drive into the city & well worth the drive to save the extra $. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
Staff was extremely nice and accomodating
The continental breakfast was excellent! A plentiful option of breakfast goodies and also healthy morning foods. The room was clean but the only complaint was the bed was very firm so a bit harder to sleep in but non-the-less we slept sound. The front desk service was great, friendly, and courteous! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was very nice and catered to my every need. They seemed genuinely glad to help in any way they could. I will definitely come back.
The hotel is nice. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast wasn't bad. Unfortunately my stay was pleasant because we were put into a smoking room when we had reserved a non-smoking room. The hotel was full so they couldn't move us. It is a risk you take booking through a third party instead of the actual hotel. Overall though the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
