Management and staff made my stay WONDERFUL!! Very seeet and helpful and fun!! I would stay there again as well as my entire family!! This was one of the best experiences I have had at his hotel. I've stayed there in the past but this time was a lot better because of the staff.
Very accommodating, and the front desk made check-in seamless for us -- even with being booked solid for the World Series and other local events. Very professional, clean room and great breakfast. Would DEFINITELY choose this hotel for future stays
My wife and I was in the city attending a church conference. I found the hotel online, great rate, clean hotel, great location, great nearby restaurants, easy access to the interstate...I recommend this hotel.
My husband and I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites this past weekend while visiting friends in the area. It was a really great place to stay! The lobby is decorated very nicely with a couch located in front of a blazing fire. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. I was very impressed with the large bathroom in which I could spread out all my toiletries. We didn't use the pool or hottub, but they both looked very nice also. We took the pacific coast highway from Sanfrancisc to anheim mainly because we wanted to enjoy the scenery that we had heard so much about . We stopped at the whale watcher Cafe for a drink, the owner was extremely friendly and very informative as to where to stop and see the best sights. He informed us of the elephant seals and a waterfall that were yet to come along our way. He was very nice and very funny, joking with us and telling us stories about the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcomed. Great location, it's located near shopping/entertainment areas. I would suggest this hotel to anyone from business stay to leisure stay.
The staff is fantastic, rooms and public areas clean and welcoming. Easy going and friendly place to stay! The supervisor helped me out and drove me to the other side of town to get my wallet that had been lost. Absolutely Amazing!
I stay at many hotels and this is always one of my favorites. Andy (General Manager) and staff are always very professional and very helpful. The housekeeping staff keeps everything immaculate and are always smiling and say "good morning" when I leave in the for the office. Thank you Andy and staff for the amazing job you do everyday!!!
Nice place, little out dated, but they are working on it. Employees did a wonderful job. I had fun and would stay again. the breakfast was average, and the lobby was clean and friendly. The hotel is right next to I 57 and I did not hear the traffic at all.
