If time permit itself I would definatley come back to this location. Glad we chose this hotel for our family overnight stay. From the time I walked up to the front desk Cary assisted us with all our needs. Even informed me of the different discounts & savings that they had to offered upon returning. When I was booking our stay Ms. Traci introduced herself & was very warm & welcoming.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get out of them. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends. Thank You!

Got an exceptional rate for this hotel and our stay was pleasant. We didn't have much noise and it looked like the hotel had been through a few changes. Staff was very kind and helpful. I travel a lot because of my job and I stay at this location almost every weekend. Management and staff always make sure I am accommodated and this site is updated and always clean. Hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants and two nearby movie theaters.

I have stayed at this location several times and have always found the service great, the breakfast wonderful, and the room as well as the entire place clean. It also is in a great location near restaurants and shopping.

The staff at Country Inn and Suites in Matteson Illinois is fantastic. Friends of ours lost heat during a Chicago winter storm with temperatures dropping to -2. The manager and his staff went above and beyond to help us get immediate accommodations for our family friends and their small children even though we were not present to make payment or check them in ourselves. Staff service customers at Country Inns & Suites Matteson, IL do an outstanding job ensuring amenities offered exceeds customers needs and expectations. Manager, Front Desk Clerks, and Dinning Room Clerk all ensure customers at treated professionally and respectfully.

Very accommodation and the front desk help let us check in early which was great since we had a very long drive. Room was clean and the kids loved the breakfast! Would choose this hotel for future stays since it wasn't that far from Chicago.
