The staff here will make u feel at home very professional and the best smiles!! I'll keep coming back!! The front end manager has class and she will treat u like family!!! They will make sure they do everything in power to make sure if u are not happy they will make sure u are !! I am going back every chance I get !! Tracy is the manager she will treat u RIGHT!!!!
Love this hotel great breakfast.great service. Great place to take family or if u travel or just a get away. the manager makes u feel like ur home...love housekeeping to very clean.I give them five stars....
We loved staying here. It is near several restaurants, mediocre shopping center, close to the Metrarail, right off the interstate and only 30 minutes from Chicago. The front desk staff was great about recommending places to go while we were in town.
Enjoyed breakfast and the extremely friendly staff .This was a very challenging time but it was made so pleasant with staff and there courted .I would like to thank everyone that helped my family during there stay.Greatly appreciated
Country Inn properties tend to be very consistent, and this location is no exception. I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff members, especially the manager, were all extremely friendly and helpful. While parts of the property were renovated, the bathrooms have not been (not an issue, I'm sure this will be added in future renovations). We had to come to the area last minute for my husbands grandmother's funeral. My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children. (Yes I know we over occupied the room :) but my money was funny) Anyways, so the free breakfast was great and it is close to almost every store and restaurant you could want to go to! We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. It was a great value and the room was a good size. All 6 of us fit in a two full size bed room.

My husband and I stayed for one evening while in town visiting friends and family. Upon arrival, the front desk manager was polite, friendly and jovial. She accommodated our early arrival, and provided us with cookies as soon as they were ready while we waited just a few minutes for an available room.
