This motel was in dirty disrepair. Bedding was dirty floors were dirty the bathroom was not only dirty but had cobwebs and mold. I believe the hotel might’ve had some damage from a hurricane which is understandable but the repairs that are being made or Done poorly it is not being cleaned up in between times of actually working on the job. Booked this hotel a month before leaving for our trip to Florida. Drove in on July 31st (8:30 at night) and the hotel was closed with zero explanation. There was no sign on the doors, no email letting us know, and not a single person there. We went next door to Cracker Barrel and they told us what was going on. RecommendedThe hotel was clean, pool and hot tub was wonderful, the kind gentleman at the front desk Mark was just fantastic. Whenever we walked by would always greet us with a smile on his face and made us feel very welcomed. We will be back!

This was a bad experience from start to finish. We had a terrible time on the phone trying to book this room - we should have just hung up. The hotel stinks. The elevators are being held together by literal duct tape. The room smelled even worse. There were actual BLOOD stains on the carpet when we got in the room. The shower door wouldn’t close. RecommendedWe just love this place! Stwyed here on the way to Colorado and now on the way back. The best Dog friendly place we have ever been to. The place is great too with a breakfast and nice rooms. Definitely recommend this place!
