Hotel rooms look nothing like their website photos. You should be posting photos of your rooms with actual representation of them. I would have never paid the price had I known it was false advertising. Had a smell of feces by the front desk area. I do not recommend this place.
Recommendedthe staff treated me better than expected. the check in staff were in a good mood and gave me excellent directions to the Porch, witch had equally great staff and good food.
there were people doing meth in the room next to us, and setting their smoke alarm off multiple times. then they were screaming about having guns and killing cops, the whole places smelled like meth after these people got there. the front desk guy was very rude, not helpful and refused to give us a refund. we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. I do not recommend this place at all!

I stayed outside this hotel on Ragbrai 2019. Their helpful staff found my lost wallet and mailed it to me with all the contents still inside. This is an amazing hotel where you can feel secure with your belongings.
Wonderful service, employees all around to help, especially with breakfast. I need a fan to sleep and they found one to loan to me.
