Booked this hotel on Booking.com but when we arrived the property was closed for renovations & was not notified by the property or by Booking.com. Very irritating especially when arriving late at night.
They denied my Military Service dog because they say that the ADA does not sponsors Military Service Dog. Very rude female owner, charged for a bag of trash housekeeping had left outside our room upon check in, only 2 guests able to enjoy the free breakfast and the same female owner gave nasty looks and made snide remarks towards us and a family member and her kids whom were a few rooms down. The last time we stayed here all of us were allowed to eat free breakfast. The internet kept going out. Our children weren’t allowed to play in doors or outside and the lady also reprimanded our children without speaking to us parents first... read more
