There was no one monitoring the hallways. At 1:30 AM the hallway was full of yelling and shouting. Evidently there were no adults with the highschool age kids.
We booked a king suite and couldn't get internet to work. I called the number for help and apparently if not logged on by a certain time your just SOL and not using internet for the night they basically told me. So short story they don't have enough "Free WiFi" to go for entire guests at their hotel! If on a business or school trip and needing Wi-Fi this IS NOT the hotel to stay!
The staff was very professional & very personable. Misty was very helpful to my wife & I when we weren't sure where to park our 18 wheeler, she came out & showed us. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept on @ any hotel. Highly recommend it.
I was given room 318. It's really nice, and Extra large. But I got into bed and was bitten by BED BUGS at least 10 times. I will NEVER stay here again. I reported it to the State Health Department.
The location is good. Close to restraunts, the casino, and the Mid America Center (it's attached). We attended a concert downtown Omaha and this hotel met our needs. The rooms were good, though a bit tired. We slept well and it was quiet. The staff was very nice the room was clean. The included breakfast was alright, not great.
